Aenigma AB, together with ELU Konsult AB, has entered into a new framework agreement with Vattenfall for technical consultancy services.
The agreement covers consultancy services across all of Aenigma’s and ELU’s areas of expertise and aims to support Vattenfall’s continued development and modernization of Sweden’s energy infrastructure.
Aenigma is part of the Vinga Nordic group, further strengthening the company’s capacity to deliver highly qualified technical consultancy services.
The framework agreement will come into effect on January 1, 2026, and will run until December 31, 2028, with the option to extend for an additional 1 + 1 years.

The procurement was carried out jointly with our partner ELU Konsult AB, with Aenigma AB acting as the primary contractual party. The collaboration is based on complementary specialist expertise and a shared ambition to meet Vattenfall’s needs with high quality, strong delivery capability, and local presence.
