On 6 May, Vinga Nordic acquired Tocon Markprojektering, an infrastructure consultancy based in Hässleholm. The acquisition strengthens Vinga Nordic’s expertise in civil design and surveying and extends the group’s presence to southern Sweden.

Tocon Markprojektering was founded in 2004 and provides design and surveying services for civil works and water and wastewater systems. Its clients are mainly municipalities and contractors in southern Sweden.
“This means expanded collaboration and the security of being part of a larger group. We now have the opportunity to broaden our offering to clients while keeping what has built our success: strong expertise and close client relationships,” says Patrik Larsson, CEO of Tocon Markprojektering.
Tocon Markprojektering becomes part of a group in which the companies complement each other and collaborate in related fields.
“Tocon Markprojektering complements us well, both in terms of resources and technical expertise, within the same field. Together, we gain broader geographical coverage and are better positioned to meet our clients’ needs. Tocon Markprojektering will continue to operate as it does today, with the same offering, company name and organisation. The owners of Tocon Markprojektering will become part-owners of Vinga Nordic.
