Vinga Nordic has acquired Skyhill, a consultancy specialising in architecture and construction project management, with offices in Stockholm and Sundsvall. The acquisition strengthens Vinga Nordic’s position in the Stockholm region and broadens its offering in construction and property, while creating clear synergies with several of the companies in the group. The acquisition was completed on 30 September.
Skyhill helps property companies, housing cooperatives, contractors and other clients deliver their construction projects. Its work ranges from individual phases to full responsibility for the entire process. By combining architecture, structural engineering and project management within one company, Skyhill can take an integrated approach to both design and delivery.
The acquisition gives Vinga Nordic a broader range of services in construction and property, complementing the group’s offering in infrastructure and urban development. Vinga Nordic also sees clear synergies with several of the other companies in the group.
Skyhill will continue to operate under its own name, with the same management and employees as today. Clients and partners will deal with the same contact persons as before and, when needed, can draw on expertise and resources from other companies in the Vinga Nordic group.
